Developing A Strategic Marketing Plan @ UB

This workshop is designed to provide small business owners with tips for effectively marketing their business and to assist them in defining a unique strategic position. Shotgun marketing can be costly and often does not result in increased sales or profit. 
 
Workshop attendees will learn how to realign and prioritize their marketing efforts by developing key components of a marketing plan strategy. More specifically, business owners will learn how to define and target customers; understand the benefit of developing a unique strategic position and value proposition, while evaluating various pricing and communication strategies, which will help define a competitive edge for their organization.

The end will result will be the ability to write a detailed implementation plan to effectively execute a marketing strategy that will propel your business toward success.
